After many games where lady luck offered nothing to this young Reserve side recorded 2 wins on the trot, beating Harleston away 4-2 and Earsham at home 1-0, which should have been a far greater margin.
The final game at Reepham however was cancelled due to the sudden death of the father of manager Kevin Lawes.
Everyone at the club offer their sincere condolences to Kevin and his Family.
The Reserves have consistenty fielded 6/7 under 18 and 17 year olds and they have progressed well under the guidance of Kevin Lawes and Coach John Denniss. earlier they were often close to grabbing deserved victories but often really poor luck denied them but to their credit they have stuck to the task and are now reaping some rewards. This is especially satisfying in that some of those lads have been pulled into the First Team over the last few weeks.
So as with the First Team we have high hopes for the New Year.
